Melissa Hibbert, youngest daughter of Alison is taking part in the annual BUPA Manchester 10k on Sunday 15th May 2011. As you will know I am running this years Bupa Greater Manchester 10k in aid of 'The Christie' a charity very close to my heart. Sadly, after a long battle with Ovarian cancer my beloved mum aged just 53 passed away in January 2009 at The Christie Hosiptal. During her treatment, all the doctors, nurses and staff at the hospital were truly amazing not just with my mum but so supportive to our family aswell, and the Hibberts cannot thank them enough for all they did. Since my mums death all the family have been fundraising and this year its my turn! The Christie treat thousands of paitents each year from all over the UK and I know that any money I raise will help they so much to help fight this truly terrible disease. So please give what you can and thank you :)Updates
